MorePublicRadioInternational (MPRI) is entertainment and informational radio broadcasting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from its offices and studios in Oakland California.
MPRI premiere entertainment format is an Afro-centrism music intensive format that comprises of urban Jazz soulful blend of traditional Jazz, Funk, Be-Bop, Rhythm & Blues, Latin, Afro-Cuban, Caribbean Music and music with energy. We call it More Public Radio International’s JazzBeat Radio, The sounds of tomorrow today.
MPRI Informational Programming includes programs created, produced and hosted by our radio personalities who are 20 year broadcast veterans as well as educators, authors, producers and hosts of television shows: local and national events like San Francisco, Monterey and Playboy Jazz Festivals just to name a few.
MPRI listeners are introduced to greater radio programming that promotes multicultural diversity, pluralistic community expressions that contribute to the lasting communications and understanding individuals of all nations, races, creeds, colors, and viewpoints.
